Consultant                                                                                               9/06 to present
Megliola Management Services, Inc. Sole proprietor working as project manager, part time CFO or strategic business manager.
Involved in all aspects of managing businesses.  Clients were generally privately held businesses most with $3 million to $50 million in sales.  Differentiated the practice by emphasizing a "hands on" approach thereby leveraging the business owner's time and talent.  MMS was there to solve problems and implement procedures, not just to write prescriptions.  Clients felt this was important because MMS worked for business owners that had already overextended themselves.  They simply didn't have the time to implement the recommended improvements of a written report.  Or, they realized that they could not afford to neglect the assigned work, but felt their own time was better invested elsewhere.
